[Introduction]
We’re updating how feedback policies are managed for in-app surveys in Microsoft Teams. Teams for Android and iOS will stop using Teams-specific feedback policies and instead adopt the Microsoft 365 Cloud Policy service. This change aligns survey feedback with other in-app feedback experiences, simplifying policy management across your organization.
[When this will happen:]
General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout began late October 2025 and is expected to complete by late November 2025.
[How this affects your organization:]

- Teams-specific feedback policies will be retired for surveys.
- Surveys will now use the same Microsoft 365 Cloud Policy that governs other in-app feedback experiences (such as Give a compliment or Report a problem).
- The feature will be ON by default.
- There is no change to how users submit feedback; only policy management is unified.
