We are announcing the ability to add Microsoft 365 Graph grounding for emails, meetings, and chats as knowledge to Sales agent in Sales in Microsoft 365 Copilot. This feature will reach general availability on August 1, 2026.

With this feature, Sales Chat securely accesses and extracts insights from Outlook emails, Teams meetings, Teams chat messages, and People from Microsoft 365 Graph data, summarizing insights across data sources to give a complete picture of customer interactions across Graph and CRM data.
