Secure On-Premises Infrastructure

In this workshop, we will analyze your local IT infrastructure's security and stability together with you using a structured interview approach. The basis is formed by the BSI Basic Protection in combination with proven ITIL-oriented best practices. The goal is to make risks visible and to derive well-founded recommendations for a resilient and future-proof infrastructure.

  • Assessment of access regulations, door systems, video surveillance, and key systems
• Environmental and fire protection measures
  • Evaluation of building conditions, fire protection, air conditioning, and extinguishing systems
• Technical infrastructure & fault tolerance
  • Assessment of power supply, UPS systems, network distribution, air conditioning units, and cabling
• Data backup & recovery
  • Analysis of backup strategies, media rotation, storage, restore tests, and documentation
  • Review of possible recovery scenarios
• Organizational measures & policies
  • Overview of existing emergency and operational concepts, role distributions, and security policies

After completing the workshop, you will receive a structured assessment of your infrastructure with clearly documented action recommendations. IT-related measures – such as improving the UPS strategy or backup processes – can be planned together directly if desired. For cross-departmental topics like fire protection or air conditioning, we provide practical tips for passing on to facility management or external service providers.
