[What and why]
Microsoft Purview eDiscovery will support selecting user-owned SharePoint Embedded (SPE) containers when adding a person as a data source in an eDiscovery case, search, or hold.
This enhancement helps organizations discover content stored in supported SharePoint Embedded containers that are owned by a selected user. These containers may contain content from Microsoft Loop, Copilot Pages, Copilot Notebooks, and other applications that use SharePoint Embedded storage. This improvement helps organizations include supported user-owned SharePoint Embedded content in eDiscovery workflows.
